Rudy Vallee was the Frank Sinatra/Elvis/Michael Jackson/Justin Bieber of his day (the 30’s).  He was a guest on Dad’s radio program.  That’s me in the middle.

A jury found Roy Rogers’ performing horse, Trigger, innocent today of kicking a woman and turned down a $186,000 damage suit against the cowboy star. The jury took only thirty-five minutes to decide that a 52 year old bit player was not entitled to damages on her claim that she had suffered serious injuries when kicked by Trigger during the filming of a movie.
